Thank you for visiting the Colombian Geoscientists Network (CGN) Houston website.
The board of directors of the CGN works tirelessly to build a strong geoscientist community in the city of Houston and around the globe. Together with our advisors and volunteers, we hold several face to face, virtual technical presentations and networking events throughout each year, aiming to share technical knowledge and to connect professionals with our members and participants.
CGN is an inclusive organization without borders; diversity is part of our DNA. We embrace fellow geoscientists, engineers, and professionals involved in the oil and gas industry. We want to inspire young geoscientists and professionals as one of our goals is to motivate students to come and study in the US.
The values of the CGN are embodied in what goes on at the industry and academy for geoscientists from day to day, not only from Colombia but also in Latin America and the Caribbean countries.
We invite you to check our latest events, join the network, and to attend future activities. The next events will be announced soon, so stay tuned.
Sincerely,
Clara Palencia – President CGN-Houston
